As senior manager of the transcription team, Wade brings 25 years of experience in high-volume transcription to Prevail. After his stenographic court reporting training, he worked as a transcription vendor for large tech companies, television production, financial due diligence research, and prominent political figures. Since 2018, Wade has focused on building large transcription teams, strategic product management, quality control, tools development, and client service.

Dan is a jack of all trades. From Support, Operations, Engineering, and Engineering Management, Dan has done it all. Over the last decade, he helped multiple organizations grow beyond their startup roots to scalable, widely used platforms. His background in user experience and software development has allowed him to utilize his understanding of real-world user challenges to empower teams to build usable, scalable, and secure applications. As a manager at Prevail, Dan plans to push the envelope on both the personal development of his team members and the software they are building for Prevail's end users.

With over 20 years of experience in legal technology, Rick has led operations for a national court reporting agency, implementing litigation technology such as real-time transcription and deposition streaming. Rick co-founded the startup driizl in 2012, focusing on cloud-based litigation technology. Rick brings a passion and enthusiasm for delivering technology for litigators to Prevail.
